BLANCING OF THE THREE-FOLD FLAME:

Dwelling in the state of forgiveness is the anchor of balance (see Figure 1).

Power without God Wisdom and God Love is the power that corrupts absolutely, allowing only the ego to rule.

Wisdom without God Power and God Love is being wise to the world or ego only and not wisdom of spirituality allowing you to grow into the higher etheric octaves of Light and Love.

Love without God Power and God Wisdom is the mental-emotional mucked up love and not the true Love, which is the spiritual substance of all creation and existence.

Exercise 1

 Lay down in a relaxed position. Place one or both hands over the sternum or Heart Center. Close the eyes and take a few deep, diaphragmatic breaths, relaxing on the exhale. Do this until you feel your heart beat. If you don't feel the heartbeat right away, don't panic, stay relaxed and just be, allowing it to grow and happen. After a while or after a few times you'll be able to tune in to the heartbeat and be able to hear it. Just allow all other sounds that are external to be. Don't fight them or push them away, just allow them to be, allowing at the same time your heartbeat to be heard with them.
 This exercise, done 20 minutes a day, will help you dwell in the Great Great Silence of Light and Love, helping you get in tune with the Spiritual Being that you are! After a few minutes of this exercise, you'll notice warmth around your Heart Center. This warmth is spirit energy charging your heart Center. This warmth is spirit energy charging your heart flame and increasing the diameter of your umbilical cord to God, allowing more of God's energy to flow in, near, around and through you. As long as you stay in balance and don't misuse this energy, you will continue to receive more and more, growing back into the being that we all once were, before we allowed the duality of the world to reprogram us away from the monality of Light and Love.

I feel the fear and call forth the flame.

Knowing by doing so to spread up the game.

Ending the pain and accepting the love, transmuting this life from earth to above. The Higher Realms I'll dwell there once more.

As soon as I balance the Karmic score.

Ending this life making it fear free.

Allowing the wind to lift me with ease, for full of light I will be.

I feel the fear, as I look Deeper and Deeper.

Lords of light and love don't let me be complacent.

Complacency is Entropy’s friend.

I give my permission push me to my limits end.

Teach me Teach me I'm open to receive.

Help me carry this world with more ease.

I petition not only to carry & transmute my own, but all the world as I grow.

I feel the fear & call forth the love.

The violet fire from heaven above.

Transmuting all fear returning it to light.

Ending in doing so all karmic plight.

Thank you God for the gift of you flame.

The torch of love invoked by your name...
