POWER AND GRATITUDE

Power energy to use for good/God creative purposes (the fiat of Creation.)
Power itself is a substance and God energy, to always be kept in balance with Wisdom (wise domain) and Love, (see Figure 1).

 Power not in balance with wisdom and love is the power that corrupts absolutely, allowing the EGO or ungodly self to rule over spirit, mind and body.
 One way to keep power in check is to realize that all power, TRUE Power -which will be addressed with a capital "P" as opposed to ego power which will have a little "p", is from God, the mighty I AM presence, the universe, etc. We ourselves are but conduits or channels of this Holy Power and always need to be grateful for it.
 Gratitude is one sure way of keeping Power in balance, for you cannot have Gratitude without Acceptance or have Gratitude without Joy, or have Joy without Acceptance. Thus the inner workings of the Threefold Flame come to realization as a balancing and anchoring point in keeping Power in check and balance (see Figure 1).
 By being grateful for the Power that flows in, near, around and through you, you bring into aspect the facets of God Power which are Joy/Wisdom and Acceptance/Love, always using the tool of forgiveness as an anchor to keep you open to receive Power energy which can and is blocked by anger/fear, turning Power into power. When unforgiveness dwells in the mind, you cut yourself off to God Power and start the spiral into ego or ungodly power, which is the corruption of the self and all around you.
 Since Power and Creation are synonymous, when you distort Power into power, you automatically turn Creation into creation. Thus, you create with the ego, which is the self-destructive force of uncreation causing turmoil in the self and world around you. What is destructive to self is also destructive to others, since I and you and we are ONE: for example, Creations do not seek to harm self or environment; creations seek to harm self or environment, and since the ego is or can be very illusive and/or insidious in it's ways and means, so are the creations of such.
 Creation and Power are facets of God energy, along with Love and Wisdom. When you allow the ego to rule and have creation, you also get love with the little "l", which is the mental-emotional love, not the Love or substance of the universe. It is the little love that seeks to conjoin with ego power for self's own end, once more turning Love into creation, disregarding the Oneness of all and enforcing self as separate and alone instead of the true Self as ALL ONE.
 To rightly sum up this chapter is easy. Be grateful for everything at all times and Power will be increased, for you will be dwelling on the side of Love, where only True Growth occurs.
